Frequently Asked Questions

How long is shipping?

Ultra Bee brake kits that are in stock will be shipped same or next day. Other items in stock and non pre-order items will be shipped in less than 7 days. After the package is with the carrier, it will take as many days as the mailing option that you selected at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours after purchasing. Email support@ridenitro.us to do so.

Returns: After recieving your order / orders, you can request a return within 48 hours. The package must be unopened and unused. You can do this here.

Exchanges: After recieving your order / orders, you can request an exchange within 48 hours. The package must be unused. You can do this here.
